Very cool and modern bar and restaurant in the Temple bar neighborhood of Dublin. We stopped here for a drink and really liked this place. They have a huge selection of specialty and handmade cocktails, as well as a food menu. Plenty of options for seating including right up to the bar, smaller tables with comfortable couch seating and high top tables.

All the staff were cheerful, smiling and genuinely helpful. Not the forced “have a nice day” kind, but the sort who actually seem to enjoy being there.
Food and drinks arrived promptly, tasted great, portions were generous and everything felt well put together.
Conclusion: A proper all-rounder. Good atmosphere, good people and good food. I will definitely be back.
I have eaten & drunk at Dakota before, a long time ago, but it was nice to see that this place has not changed much. There are still a bunch of professional & friendly people working here, they still serve a good variety of good, fresh food, and the atmosphere is unique as you can "leave the Dublin of the tourists outside", and properly enjoy a good meal and drinks.
My friend and I celebrated our birthdays here yesterday, and we had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect—everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. A special shoutout to the lady who looked after our table; she was attentive, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Thank you so much for making our celebration so memorable! We’ll definitely be back.
